Chopping

It’s been one of those days where you feel you’ve been really busy but not quite sure what you’ve achieved. A pile of paperwork sorted, couple of bills paid, some cleaning done….
I don’t usually do anything difficult for dinner on a Monday because we have to be out of the house by 7 to go bowling and hubby is often not home from work until after 6. Tonight however I made a risotto which involved lots of chopping but was quick to cook.
