Makeshift

An early start to the day, over to the shop before it got busy and we could get our scarecrow/Halloween decorations up. I’m not a fan of Halloween so our decorations are more on the autumnal theme. As a treat for getting up early we had breakfast in the cafe.
We went down to our local retail park after work in search of some winter woollies but nothing caught my eye and I just ended up buying new jeans.
We had curry for dinner but when I went to light a candle to mask the cooking smells I couldn’t find one so we had to make do with a fragranced tealight in a ramekin.
