Bank Holiday Traffic

The bank holiday weekend is turning out to be another damp, dreich affair, and unseasonably cold.

I was over at the monthly Constituency Association meeting in Tarbert this afternoon and this little encounter was the closest I could find to what the tv and radio always report as "bank holiday traffic" problems.
