Loch Eck
This afternoon I travelled a road in Argyll that I had never travelled before.
After a morning campaigning (for the delayed Dunoon ward election, which is next Thursday) and an early afternoon at the monthly constituency meeting, which was held in Inellan, I drove to Ardentinny to visit the open afternoon for the Glenfinart Walled Garden Project.
Surprisingly neither Cathleen or I had ever been on the road that joins Ardentinny to Loch Eck, so we came home that way . It is short but steep with good views back across Loch Long and then,as it declines, Loch Eck itself is revealed.
Looking left and right there are classic Highland views. This is one of them.
