Turbines

The turbines out of the back window make a good emergency blip when you've been out and about sans camera. Shame about the lampost in the way.  I just missed a fun line of clouds hanging above the Campsies which made it look like there was a higher mountain range just past them.

Dealt with my fear of getting back into sparring today in the kickboxing class.  Got to practice in the ring with the more experienced guys and gal and had a great time.  Was super nervous as it's been a long time since I sparred, even lightly but I felt I didn't do too badly considering.  Obviously everyone was being super good and no going too hard on me, but I did like it when the guy who runs the gym said "we're equal opportunities, we hit lassies, and we also hit kids". May not sound like the most wholesome statement, but it was tempered with "bear in mind the height, size and strength difference" and it actually pretty helpful as you need to be presurred to get better.
