Sticky Burrs

Yesterday I was full of good intentions for today - I was going get up and cycle to the farm shop to get some spuds and go home via the steep hill.  However, I woke up feeling tired with a bit of a thick head, so I did a lateral flow test to check I wasn't coming down with the covid and headed out in the car when I got the all clear.  Got some good jobs done - parcel sent, bought the spuds, picked pumpkins from the patch at the Farm shop (got admiring looks from a little girl who was carrying her own small pumpkin and exclaimed 'pumpkins are heavy!' and then looked impressed when she noticed I was carrying two big ones - they were heavy!) and picked up the photos I got printed from friend S's recent baby shower.

Spent the rest of the afternoon whilst P was sleeping off his night shift doing the big loop round the park taking photos of things with the big/small lens.  Felt like an English wuss being the only one out and about in a hat and gloves, but I was feeling the cold. Thought these sticky burr things would look good in mono.
