Late Bloomers

A grey and wet, but curiously warm day with up to 18 degrees C - quite unusual for mid-October. I was low on energy today and didn’t go for a walk. Instead, I spent some time in the garden trying to get a photo of the hummingbird hawkmoths visiting our Buddleja. 

They never stay still, and the low light made taking a photo of them even harder. So I made a collage of the two best tries, plus two nasturtium flowers for extra colour. 

All these flowers and moths are not often seen this late in the year.
