cake

I was back at the cafe this morning, working at a coffee morning in aid of The Friends of Loch Arthur. Over 100 people turned up for coffee, cakes and chat and there were stalls selling Fairtrade goods and Loch Arthur produce. Libby had to bake a new batch of scones and Shania and Craig were kept busy with washing up in the kitchen. A successful event, I think :-)

I did some shopping on the way home and had a quiet afternoon with a walk in the woods in between the showers.*This evening we have had thunder, heavy rain and hail..

* found some interesting fungi, including Orange Grisette, a Parasol Mushroom and Purple jelly disc fungus (extra)
