Still Busy

Another short morning with the Thursday Gang, I stayed long enough to get some fire extinguisher maintenance done, make the coffee and cook bacon sandwiches before leaving at around 12:30.
We had reached a collective decision that whilst Mrs S was out and about, Sam off with friends and me also going out that we would see what Paddy was like on his own for an hour or two.

Showered and changed I headed down to Falmouth’s Oyster Festival where I had been invited by the Town Mayor, Steve Eva, to be part of a party of ten making up the ‘chefs table’. This involved being seated on a table in the stage where the chef of the day cooked for us. The food was exquisite, oysters to start followed by lamb with white and red wine to accompany each dish.
Great food, great company, great experience.

Arrived home to find Paddy laying at the top of the stairs looking down, I guess he can see the front door or run to Sam’s room where the windows give him a good view both ways down the street, either way he has been well behaved.
