ALMOST

Almost had a better picture ........ but he made it across.

The barges were all being pushed and pulled into position for the Waterways Festival. I don't know how well it was attended as most of the car park is closed while a giant drainage chamber is built to stop flooding, and a large part of the remaining area was covered in a huge marquee for the festival. Maybe everyone arrived by boat.
