Lions revisited

Anne and Bob flew out this morning, after their very eventful holiday, which didn’t quite work out as planned. Anne is still testing (Covid) negative, and Bob doesn’t feel too bad, so fingers crossed.

Today we all walked up to the vet’s to pick up Archie’s tablets. Actually, I didn’t walk the whole way, but got the bus back when I came to a convenient bus stop. The fit pair walked home too. Then JR went into town to pick up a bracelet that was being fixed. It was her mum’s, but the clasp needed fixing, so it has remained in the box for all these years, but has a new lease of life now.

It was such a nice afternoon, that Archie and I decided to go down to see the herd of lions in the Meadows. He was most impressed. He’s not looking at me in this shot, as a young man was taking a photo of him too. I was truly stuffed coming back home, with two sit downs (7,685 steps).

Hazel has arrived back from her holiday, having spent 10 days sunning herself by a gorgeous hotel swimming pool.
