Breathe like the ocean.
Hug your muscles to your bones.
Root down to rise up.
Make your poses soft and strong.
Lie like a corpse.
Let your body melt into the earth.
You will rise soft and strong.

Except for a nap, I have spent the last 12 hours getting my wi-fi router returned, replaced, and reinstalled. Finally up and running. A little yoga would be good!
