Gone gone gone!!

Everything in this photo has now been chucked. Thank Goodness!!

This is our horrid bed room that we have put up with for 8 years. We moved the wardrobes that were left here when we bought it to where you can see them now. The previous owner had kindly painted around the furniture, hence the difference between blue and white paint. Not nice.

Our plans changed mid week. We're planning on weekend down in Beer, but everyone in the South East / West would probably have had the same idea. In the end we decided to decorate.

Decorating turned into wardrobe buying as the inherited ones were literally falling apart. That turned into new bed as matters had more springs that were out than in. New drawers as the ones we've had for 8 years were held together with new screws. Seriously needed updating! Incredible as the rest of the house is immaculate!!!

Well now the bedroom is too. Decorated fully in 6 hours. Trip to Ikea an hour away to pick up everything, a seriously over flowing HGV with 15 flat pack boxes and all into the house by 9pm.

Old furniture dismantled and chucked, new bed built, dinner at 10:30, bed now. 15 hour day but worth it.

Now in a beautiful bed, decent nights sleep before all the building units tomorrow!
