Windsor Castle - Pomp and Affair
Took my students to Windsor town centre tonight as part of their 10 week photography course. It is so nice to be able to take students off campus and have a practical based lesson out there in the real world!
Windsor was lovely tonight, a bit chilly, but cope-able. When I arrived, I was waiting outside the castle at the Queen Victoria statue and there were people arriving in all their finery. Suits, evening dresses, top hats and tails; I was desperate to know what was going on! Didn't ask anyone in the end, so if you know what was happening at Windsor Castle at around 7-9pm then do please let me know!
A good evening where lots more of the course is coming together.
Also took the students to Dinton Pastures today on my afternoon course - it was soggy over there, but still a lovely afternoon. This class is a much slower paced class, but was still great to get those students out and about and more comfortable with their level of understanding.
Oh final bit - my lovely Mum has booked me onto the A-Z of photography business in June at Aspire Training in the Lake District!!! Actually cannot wait - feel like a kid at Christmas!!
A good day all in all. <3
