Last Full Day

By Jiminy it was cold last night, we eventually emerged from the van into daylight mid morning for another campfire breakfast. A tidy of the camp and coffee revived me before settling down to read for a while.
Always enjoy the Sunday of Oktoberfest, most people are packing up and moving off site, heading home, those of us staying on for the extra night head up to the main building for the carvery, good value and enjoyable.

An after lunch stroll along the river before arriving back and saying cheerio to four of the ten of us that had to leave today.
The rest of us settled down all under one roof, initially all absorbed in our phones before the chat started and then the laughter. Around five hours, chatting, drinking beer and laughing with friends.

Not quite as cold tonight.
