A Rite of Spring

35 years ago this photo would have been my daughter and her brother ready for her recital...with me as the photographer.

Little girls dance...and they love to dance on stage...today was recital day. Probably my 28th or 29th year of attending...first my daughter's dances, and now my granddaughter Sanibel's recital.

This is my daughter Rebecca taking a photo of her daughter Sanibel, the dancer...and her handsome son Brody who knows when a suit is appropriate for the occasion.


And so there is a continuity to our springtime ritual....





I decided to try the May HeartFreek Photo Challenge...this one is "memory"...I've updated my other entries for specific topics, too. Should be fun!!
