Apocalypse and Armageddon

Biked to Angers today where I was utterly blown away by the medieval apocalypse tapestries in the Chateau. And for extra measure went to see the modern ones too in a wonderful building that had served as a hospital for a long time - the photo is of the hall and I loved the way the sunlight was casting coloured splashes from the stained glass onto the floor and columns. Extra is of beer by the Loire on my ride back to campsite
