It never rains but it pours

The workers (2 men, one woman and a lad) came at 9.45 to put in the humidifiers. We thought. They had none but took down the guest room ceiling and left at 1, saying they wanted to do the hall too but it was too big a job for now. They are coming back on Wednesday to do it. Thankfully they will bring stuff to protect the wood panelling and put on humidifiers which could be there 6 weeks. We have stored all the furniture in the conservatory, our bedroom and living room so the place is a tip.

I saw the GP who thinks he detects a heart murmur so I get a chest x ray on Sunday and have to wait for ECG appointment. It could mean I have a faulty valve/s. Cripes that was a bolt out of the blue.
