Catching up ....... again

Today we are off on a short break in the Cairngorms with our walking group.  

We left EK in dreadful weather, and expected the worst, but by the time we were up in the Cairngorms it was dry, and actually we got the sun later in the day.  How lucky can we get!

We travelled up to Inchriach Forest where we did a walk before travelling to our hotel at Nethybridge.  The Cairngorms is a favourite area of mine, and the paths there are wonderful, full of pine needles and the colours at this time of year were just stunning.  (EXTRA)

We had a lovely meal in the hotel before an evening of chat, and a fairly early bed...... next adventure tomorrow!
