The Fire Tower

'Under new Health and Safety Regulations, firefighters now have to erect scaffolding to any building they are about to effect a rescue from upper floors!'

I just thought the erection of scaffolding on the fire tower of the local fire station was unusual.  I was walking past on my way to the health centre for my annual flu jab.  The nurse did a cracking job, I didn't even feel the needle go in but this evening my upper arm is painful and feels heavy.
