Ian Beesley Retrospective

Slept better last night.

As it was raining, we decided to head over to Saltaire to see the Ian Beesley exhibition which is set out in what is effectively the roof space of Salts Mill.

Beesley, who is Bradford born and bred, is a world-renowned social documentary photographer. I guess he would make a good Blipper. 

I worked in Bradford in the late seventies as an Environmental Health Officer and can relate to many of the photographs on display.

Lunch in the cafe. 

We spent so much time in the Beesley display that we were too late to see the main Hockney exhibition which closed at 4:00 pm.
