Chopping shallots
Feeling a bit better - definitely not Covid according to an LFT, so that’s good.
Another indoor day as the rain persisted all day until about 4pm, by which time the wind had got up so going out wasn’t very appealing.
Lots of reading and some binge watching of The Good Wife passed the day nicely.
This evening we had Salmon Farfalle Pasta and I took the opportunity to take a shot of hubby chopping the shallots. With both of us in the kitchen, it only takes about 20 minutes, so was on the plate in no time. Yummy.
I’ll catch up with your blips from the past few days tonight or tomorrow.
