Trying to do a bit of......

.....clearing or, as it is better known by me, slash and burn.  It all actually goes to the tip.  In extras is how it was in May when it all looked reasonable but then the bindweed took over and the drought occurred and (I, of course, forgot to take a before picture) it was a complete mess.  So R has cut down the elder and I've been clearing the brambles and yanking bindweed off everything.  I can only do a short time and then have to rest a bit!!  Will get there eventually I hope.....
