I went up to the allotment and spent too long remodelling the second compost heap - my heel started to ache terribly and it took me a long time to limp home (buses scarce on a Sunday). In fact I felt pretty ropey overall - by the time I got home needed to lie down and have a post-vax nap. I seem to be getting far more of a reaction (in terms of various side-effects) to this Spikevax feller - hope it means it'll be efficacious.

Noticed this casualty in the Kirkgate on my way back - don't know when it happened, but think it must have been 'unplanned' judging by the damage to the harling. Its girth surprises me - it would be the last tree on the left in the far distance here.
