You SHOULD leave your hat on
Baby boy of mine, I want to smoosh you. Just too cute for words.
Today we met up with the NCT ladies and babies for a picnic in the park. We picked up Kirsty and Imogen, had giggles putting the damn car seat in the car and off we went! There were picnic rugs, babies crawling, babies with no teeth (Noah), babies with lots of teeth, babies who have grown loads, and most importantly ALL babies who now sleep! Mad to think that 4 months ago we were all in despair as everyone was having a hard time with bedtime.
It was such a lovely warm day, he had his short sleeve top on for the first time, sunscreen and a sunhat. Not surprisingly he didn't want to keep the hat on but doesn't he look like he's striking a pose here? I couldn't resist plonking him in front of this "backdrop" for a shot but I did a very silly thing as I changed my 1.4 50mm prime for a 2.8 24-70mm, I didn't change the aperture so this is taken at f2.8. I *think* I can just about get away with it, I really want to get this printed so I think I'll try a 12x8 to see what damage I've done.
I often wonder if he'll let me take his photo when he's older. Will I ever get a posed shot from him or will I have to turn stealth ninja and stalk him?
