Proud Owner

Our Chinese friend, Chen, refurbished his Japanese restaurant during the summer and it reopened tonight to a full house! We were the first customers across the threshold and insisted that Chen take his place in the middle of his own personally-designed new place. This was certainly the calm before the storm. Their processes and systems held up well!
