Compost flower

Though not technically part of the compost pile, this flower did bloom next to the pile. Jill thought I put it there or that it was growing out of the pile, but it's coming from a large plant next to it. I need to trim the plant, though I'll keep the flower.

The backyard is a bit wild. I feel like it's rained more this year than last, which is a lot. It's difficult to keep up with the amount of growth. The batteries for the trimmer only last about 15 minutes and take hours to charge. I might bite the bullet and buy a corded trimmer soon.
