Torside Reservoir lower again

Along the Longdendale Trail for a short walk late afternoon even though we  were both well below par

The reservoir level lower than last week.

Some dark clouds cleared to reveal some great views across the valley

Let’s have a green agenda …..

Watched Keir Starmer at the Labour Party Conference. His speech was far better both in content and delivery than anything I have seen before. I think he can win people over with some policies like a Publicly owned Power company option to start to change the broken Private Energy system.

My main concern would things like promising numbers of Doctors, Nurses etc. 
Is anyone sure that there will be enough people wanting (brave enough?) to train for these careers when they aware of stories of staff broken by current understaffing and the pandemic.

Personal plan:
Early to bed is the best option and up earlier if possible.
Trying to improve diet and well-being but it feels like a long road.

Next Covid jag booked 8th Oct.  Flu one seems to have only meant a sore arm for a couple of days
