Blackberry and Apple Pie..

Nice start to the day after over an inch of rain yesterday.

Far too wet to be working on the plots, there was water running down the potato rows I planted yesterday. So decided to put up support wires for our blackberry plants, and replant them from the nursery bed I put them in last year. G arranged and tied them up. Planted on this slope, because I can't do anything else with it (other than sheep)..

Plan to have lines of raspberry, blackcurrants, (and anything else I can think of) running down this slope, leaving grass strips between for access.

Egg deliveries tonight, and it's raining again, forecast is for dry on the way home though..

It's may, and there was fresh snow on the mountains overnight, it must warm up soon..
