Seasons turn

Part 1 of today went as planned - a lovely lunch and catch up with a friend at Dalkeith Country Park followed by a teeny tiny walk.

Part 2 of today, which should have been a celebratory dinner out (to mark our wedding anniversary tomorrow) turned into a takeaway at home. Had a feeling that would happen despite the day of rest yesterday, but hey ho, sign of the times just now, it was still lovely.
