Sunset Cromarty
We went to Cromarty first thing this morning as The Emporium was having a sale as it’s closing down in October. There were a few bits we were after and thought it opened at 10 o clock but when we got there it did not open till 11 so had to leave it as Richard was coming over.
Had enough time for Mike to eat a bacon roll looking at the view to the Sutors. Watched the ferry going across to Nigg and the skiff heading out and moving quite quickly. A quick stop at Udale on the way back. The sawn I was worried about yesterday was not there so hopefully it was ok.
Richard came over for lunch. Spent sometime reading some old letters I have that my Great Uncle and Auntie wrote to each other during the Second World War. Very interesting.
In the evening we went back to Cromarty. Enjoyed a pizza from Sutor Creek over looking this view as the sun went down.
On to The Stables to see Heal and Harrow https://www.healandharrow.com/copy-of-home-1
