Upriver today...

...and a stroll along to the Lowlight for a coffee...

Had a mooch around the fishquay - bits of demolishing and rebuilding going on there...

Then up the 100 or so steps to North Shields for a bit of shopping - or "the messages" as its called oop north...

Enjoyed the Strictly launch show last night - will be settling in for the start of the real show soon. That's the winter viewing sorted then... :)
