Welcome Autumn

The remnants of Hurricane Fiona as she passed just north of us. Today was supposed to be the highest impact on our coast.  Just some high waves and a quick rain storm. We managed to get down to Wrightsville Beach to watch a little. Myles made his first cameo appearance on the beach for the last whisper of summer.  (Dogs aren't allowed from April to October, but we stretched it a bit as there aren't very many people around, especially in the evening.  He was a perfect gentleman (see extra #1). That little piece of blue plaid was the blanket I carried down for him to lay on - he had other ideas. I'm sure the sand was cooler.
