Thursday: Top of the Tree (almost!)
Rain arrived around 8:30 this morning and continued all day, easing off by 4pm. So glad it wasn’t windy, garden got a good soaking.
We wandered around the garden and the Robin followed us, he usually perches about head height and keeps watch on pots being moved - bugs usually hiding underneath.
But today the Robin was on one of the highest branches of the pear tree and was whistling a very long and complicated song - can you spot him?
Apart from watching the Robin, I did quite a lot of family history and MrD went to the market first thing, got us a sack of washed red potatoes for £13 and a few odds’n’ends from Asda.
Stay safe & healthy & happy everyone :-)
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
