Oh the gals are so envious of me when I come into the office with my little ikea bag of colour. 

Today.  Squash, Chilli and coconut.   Coconut Not So Much, Squash; a little bit more; Chilli. Oh yes. Those chilli's were hot

Squash from the Allotment; Garlic, from the Allotment; Onions From the Allotment, Coconut cream from the Supermarcado, and Chili from the greenhouse.
