The nation says goodbye

Today, like many others, we mostly sat in front of the TV to watch the late Queen's funeral.  What a mix of emotions ranging from great pride that we could have such an occasion to great sadness as we bid farewell to Queen Elizabeth II, and knew that we have reached the end of an era.  Thank you Ma'am for your long years of service.

I've chosen to mark the occasion with a picture of our roses rather than any shots of the TV screen where there were many moments that moved us to tears.
