The annual Forest of Arden Ploughing and Hedging match today.
It’s been changed to a Sunday from its usual traditional Thursday , to try to get the younger people and families there. It seemed successful as there was a good turnout. The sunny dry weather helped , made the fields look a bit dry hard and dusty for ploughing though.
There were not enough entries in the produce section, cookery, flower arrangements and craft etc. to hold these so it was scrapped which was a pity. 
The lovely traditional horses drawing the ploughs were as beautifully turned out as ever.
