The River Ouse

Went to Newport Pagnell today for further tests re cataract op. Not allowed to drive so went on the bus and then friends came to meet me and we had a pub lunch sitting outside.
Had a bit of spare time and walked to the bridge on the outskirts of the town. I last saw this in the Winter when the river reached the top of the arches by the mill in the background.
Have to now go for a pre-op consultation in about 6 weeks and then the operation within 5 months.
