The weeding of the gladioli

I haven't done this for a bit and some were wrapped tightly in bindweed. I needed scissors to cut them free gently and avoid leaf damage. The next job will be feeding and mulching them.
Meanwhile I cleared a bit more of the centre section. It would be useful to have a strimmer at this point, but I'm trying to avoid using powered tools if possible, so hand work with my little sickle at the moment. The extra shows the progress so far.
