Plastic-free plant delivery

My autumn cabbages, cauliflowers and calabrese arrived this morning and no sign of any plastic packaging. If this company can do it, why can't the other companies?
So, having potted up my half of the large plugs to give the tomatoes in the polytunnel a bit longer to ripen and me a bit more time to weed the bed they are going in, I'm going to give the company a quick plug:
