Upton House

Went to Upton House today, which is about an hour away. Scarlett did not accompany us as she is operating at about 50% of normal capacity.
Upton house has a very fine El Greco in it's art collection and it is worth the visit for that alone.
The gardens are very fine too. Built on a sharp, well sheer. drop it affords many a fine view, has a goodly vegetable patch. a fine fishing lake and magnifecent sandstone stairways.
After our visit we visited Scarlett to make sure she had not died of sceptecaemia (she hasn't) and to skag a cup of tea.
We came home had supper and watched TV
