Very Nice Day

Took the child to school, walked The Hound and then went out to meet a very good friend for a very delicious lunch.  Whizzed home to take Big Bro down towards Stafford to pick up a new bed that he won on auction yesterday.  It is a super king, discontinued John Lewis style and was incredibly cheap considering it retailed at £1200!!!!!  Just fitted into the bus, even though it was in it’s original unopened boxes.  

Tomorrow will be a dismantling of the desk in the back room, then a carpet wash before putting the bed together next week.  He’s just got to source an equally cheap mattress now!
