I changed the water in my sunflowers this morning and they all fell in this position. Felt apt given the day. 
Had to set the alarm for a psychiatrist appt; my new meds are making me sleep until around midday which is good, as that's half the day sorted. 1 medication stopped, another increased. 
Home to watch the coverage of the cortege going from Buckingham Palace to the Palace of Westminster. 
Felt like a walk after that; thought I'd go and see if the Community Bookshop had opened yet. Opens 1st October.
