Team day

My team came down for lunch today.  Very game of them because it rained all day. Laura our Head of Development loved ‘seeing the house in 3D’ having only ever seen it on zoom.  This is everyone crammed into my office in a selfie by Noemi.  

V cooked a big summer soup from Nigel Slater and we bbq’d aubergines to make baba ganoush and had blackcurrant ice cream and blackberry and apple and thyme sorbet for pudding both made over the weekend.  I write these things down because next year I’ll be trying to remember what I made with blackberries.
