Birthday Bubbles!

It's my birthday and a seriously large one but where better to spend it with three of my favourite people! Actually this was taken yesterday when the sun was shining and bubbles we're in order. Today has been rainy with dramatic clouds. Early morning chats with two of my other favourite people in the UK, a very leisurely breakfast followed by a spot of shopping and then a delicious lunch in the Wholemeal Cafe. We then picked up Esme from nursery and had a long conversation with a small boy who was fixated on washing machines. We made a trifle to go with our veggie shepherd pie - eating that tomorrow as sugar content's a bit big before a small person's bedtime! I am however having a large glass of Pinot before my bedtime.
