It’s too late

Did a book launch of my latest publication tonight at The Blue Lamp. The book is called I Ache In The Places I Used To Play, and it’s a collection of stories and poems by over 70 writers aged over 70, all writing about being that age.
The evening was dedicated to John C Freeman from Tennessee who has a poem in it.
Sadly it was published too late for him to see it, as he died the day before it came out. It was the first time he had ever been published.
