Froggy

Another day spent mostly at home. For much of the morning I worked in the garden, planning to have a walk in the afternoon. The weather had felt threatening from quite early in the day but held off long enough for Pete and I to sit outside and enjoy a Halloumi and Fig salad in some pleasant sunshine.

Shortly afterwards it bucketed down, and then rained on and off through to the evening, scuppering my plans. Instead I made good progress on another report, so the afternoon wasn't wasted.

I wasn't going to bother with a photograph but went out into the garden after dark. There was a small army of frogs on the patio, though they were heavily outnumbered by the snails - both were clearly enjoying the return to damp conditions!
