Lost Pier

OK so for years I have been going to the same beach to practice tai chi and to walk on the beach, I’ve never realize that the name of the little restaurant by the beach has something to do with a pier that there once existed. Today for the first time ever I saw that the sand was gone and all these rocks appeared or actually they were uncovered and I could see the poles that once held the pier back in the 80’s. The parking lot was covered with sand and closed when we got there so we had to park in the street.
