Howgill Fells

We wandered over the road out onto the salt marsh to look at Morecambe Bay.  It was breezy and warm and tasted salty on the incoming tide.

This is the view east towards the Howgill Fells.

Another day at home taking in the news.  We watched the Proclamation of King Charles III - the point at which he officially became the monarch in historic ceremonies in St James's Palace and the Royal Exchange in London.
