New recipe

I tried out a new oat biscuit recipe today. Unfortunately these have to be rolled out and then shapes cut out. I do prefer biscuits where I can just roll them into balls and plonk them on the baking sheet and they do the work! It was worth the effort and the "bad" words used in the rolling out as they taste delicious and because they are made of oats I call them healthy. I'll ignore the butter and the sugar ingredients!
For those that follow my journal the sourdough starter was abandoned! I did it for 5 days but I hadn't kept the temperature constant enough and it no longer seemed to be doing its job so I decided I'd just buy my sourdough, at least until I can sort out the starter stage successfully!
